	...Was written through frustration at the apparent lack of Windows-based,
	and indeed DOS based, BPM counters/recorders.  It's only 12k, but remember,
	it's not how big it is, it's what you can do with it! ;-)
	
	Version 3.0 will have full AI sound input-driven beat detection (;-) but
	for now, simply hitting space/enter will count 'em for you :-)

	BPMcount is Freeware, if you want to show your appreciation, send us some
	comments and suggestions for an "enhanced" version.

	Info files are stored in CSV format, ie. Comma delimited with strings quoted.
