Nerve Net is run by Alexander Rubli (Rubli@Noc.Pue.Udlap.Mx). "Mailing list" sounds a bit vague; perhaps "e-mail newsletter" is a better description. Nerve Net provides a forum for the discussion of Eno's works in all media, with a side order of fries and tangents on Ambient music and related topics. All you have to do is join the list and then every so often (fortnighly, monthly, that kinda thing) you get the Nerve Net newsletter in your mailbox, keeping you up to date with Eno matters.
