TX : Nothing - BBC Soundtrack composed by Orbital

TX : Nothing is a 45 minute film by Nick Waplington which was broadcast on BBC2 on Thurdsday 29th July 1999 GMT. Orbital's music accompanied the film that was described by its makers as an "existential exploration of the journey, a modern take on the road trip". Orbitals music was based around sounds-effects as opposed to their normal song/track structures. One section incorporated the track "I think its Disgusting" (UK Green album) but with additional effects and beats. Samples will be online here soon....

Orbital are working on 2 tracks which will most likely be part of the 6th Album. I was lucky enough to hear the very early developments of the tracks. No release date has been decided but mid 2000 looks likely.

Ive heard all of the tracks and ive gotta say , im NOT disappointed. The tracks were played during a visit to the Orbital studio.

There is NO "The Visit" Track - as Paul stated "Im a bit bored with that now...it was so long ago when we did it".

There is NO "Event Horizon" track - Paul stated "One track we are working on has a similar ending which would fit nice with the Event Horizon theme.". But alas it appears this track will no longer appear on the finished album.
