NEW Album samples now ONLINE. You can find them on the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE page or the DISCOGRAPHY SAMPLES page. The NEWS page has been updated to include the April 24th gig in London as part of a John Peel night and Glastonbury 1999 (nearly confirmed).

Loopz Tour Diary page updated and now complete. Its good to be back at home and work - NOT! There will be a live gig from the 1999 UK Tour online @ Loopz in the next few months - so keep checking back!

Ive just arrived back after the first 2 Orbital dates - both were excellent and the crowd response was brilliant just what Orbital needed to start this tour. Thanx to all those who managed to get to Exeter and Bristol.

Off to Leeds - Next update - Wednesday 17th March 1999

The NEWS page has ALL the Tour dates and venues - The Tour Starts TODAY! I shall be at all the dates apart from Dublin, Newcastle and Glasgow - so look out for me and come over and say hello. How will you know who i am ? Well - Loopz 6 will be on sale at the gigs and it will be a giveaway when this small , thin person is carrying a load of paper zines, a camera and is wearing a pass. :)

Loopz 6 will be on general sale within the week but you can grab your copy from the gigs at a cut price. It features an exclusive interview with Paul Hartnoll plus live and album reviews.

The Style page now has the Real Audio streaming samples and MP3 Samples to download. Please note ive zipped the Mp3 files as they can corrupt whilst downloading. The second Sample page has been updated to include these samples as well.

The Orbital gig at MASS has just been cancelled. This is due to a technical problem. Something will be organised for the competition winners - not too sure what at time of writing. So there will be no Radio One Broadcast.....

There are some review quotes on "The Middle of Nowhere" and "Style" pages - taken from the next Loopz zine and the NME. There is also a picture of Pukka who feature on the track "Ontano".

The live gig tomorrow (8th March) in its full glory will be hosted on the Loopz site in the next week or two. So if you miss the broadcast then all is not lost. For those tuning into Radio One - word is that Orbital will be on the stage at 2100hrs or 2130hrs.

PLAID will support ORBITAL on the UK Tour. If you havent heard any of their material then you shouldnt be disappointed. Im personally looking forward to hearing their set (many times - :) ). There is a Europe site that is now hosting the FULL version of STYLE on behalf of Loopz. Thanx to Hex for sorting this out... STYLE.

There is a bit of information on the NEWS page regarding the warm up gig that is on Monday at the MEEK Club in Brixton, London. If you are in the Uk tune your radios to Radio 1 to hear the gig Live. If you cannot get Radio 1 where you are then visit the Radio1 section on the BBC Website. They may have a real audio stream.

The Awards Section has been updated to include a new award presented to the site. Only one week away from the long awaited Orbital single STYLE.
