This is the favorite chili recipe of James Cassidy (of Information
Society).  It appeared in the graphics coded on their first album CD,
along with other fascinating tidbits like Kurt's top ten favorite
Spock quotes and Paul's top three arguments in favor of the existence
of God (Authority, Watchmaker, St. Anselm's Proof).

Unfortunately, only the ingredients are listed:

  2-3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  1/2 cup chopped onions
  1/4 cup chopped celery
  1 clove chopped garlic
  1-2 lbs. beef or lamb
  2 cans tomato sauce  [ no size listed ]
  1 chopped ripe tomato
  16 oz. water
  1/2 can strong beer
  1 tsp. cayenne
  1/2 bay leaf
  2 tsp. cumin
  2-3 Tbsp. chili powder
  3 cups cooked pinto beans
  salt & pepper to taste
