Bendthaus live consists of three to four members, including:
Tetsu (OM) (NY,Japan), Pink Ln (Zoon, Sieg uber die sonne), and Martin
(Dandy Jack), Uwe plays live drums for these shows, Peter Weiss documented
the last tour on video.

For a great work by frau schmidt check out Masters of Psychedelic Ambience,
which he composed with Tetsu, it's on his own new label: Rather Interesting
available through FAX records

Well based on the 'over-the-internet' LB/AH discography, it seems that
he is Uwe's co-collaborator in GON. As far as who he is... I mean, I've
heard of Spring-Heeled Jack, and I really really dig Jack Dangers, and I
read Jack & The Beanstalk...

Also, who is Peter Weiss?

Hm. I e-mailed the person that posted this (a while back) and they
never responded...

...pieces of the puzzle.

See? Ain't this great!?

Oh, and I hope you don't mind this little three-person LB/AH mailing-
list (yeah, right) we've got going. That guy Rob kind of (probably)
accidentally sent his response to both of us. I just thought I'd pick up
on it and continue...

...so, what should we call it?

p.s. By the way - INTERACTIVE MUSIC is amazing. A lot of Lassigue-ish
stuff going on in it. Can you say Cabaret Voltaire?

Subject: "Polyester"

Hm.

I have always been wondering why I could never locate a copy of the
"Polyester" cd by the LISA CARBON TRIO, and so I decided to do a little
detective work on the subject. Anyway, here is what I have found out (I
thought this might be of some interest...

Prompted by a post from RePhLeX Records concerning new 'merchandise'
they had for sale (new releases, etc), a fellow IDM-er made the following
sarcastic remark:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I made my own enquiry through the IDM list in response to this post:

> Speaking of RePhLeX non-releases, was the album by Lisa Carbon Trio,
> called "Polyester" ever released? Did I just miss this, or is it still
> in limbo as well (pun intended).

I received this response:

I replied back:

> feeling that this is something that will NEVER see the light of day
> commercially. Sigh.

Aran (Teep) replied again, saying that he had not ever seen or heard a
copy of the test-pressing, and that he wasn't sure who 'Lisa Carbon' was (a
man, a woman, or a group of people going under an alias). I also got a
response from Alan Parry (I think - I can't remember), who said that the
record features seven tracks and that its call-number is CAT 026. Both of
them assured me that it would be released commercially, eventually...

...and then, just yesterday I received this (unexpected and cryptic)
message directly from Grant (of RePhLeX) himself:

> From rephlex@popmail.dircon.co.ukTue Nov 21 21:40:51 1995
>
> It should be with limbo.

Huh?

nobrac.
