To remove your address from the list, send an empty message to:

mother-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org

To subscribe to the digest version of the list, send an empty message to:

mother-digest-subscribe@hyperreal.org

To remove your address from the digest version of the list, send an empty message to:

mother-digest-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org
