I seem to be stuck on cats right now.  I've got a few more smallish
cats prowling through my ascii scratch pad, not yet ready to come into
the open.

Anyway, below are a few intermediate versions of the little stalkers,
for anyone interested.  It's reverse chronological order; the bottom
ones are earlier versions.

Stuff like this is full of fiddly details.  I don't ever really
"finish" one of these pictures; I just stop fiddling with it and call
it done.  Every picture is just practice for doing the next one.
Well, that's not completely true, but it sounds nice, doesn't it? :)
